JSON data & full config export for jupyter

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
It would be handy to be able to export the kepler map beyond just html but into json, that way in other instances of kepler as a developer I can import that json into kepler in say react.js or elsewhere to recreate the map the data scientists I work with develop in jupyter.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Similar to save to html, save to json with the entire dataset and all configuration so it can be loaded in entirety.
