[Bug] Map controls are duplicated when in split map mode

**Describe the bug**
Map controls are rendered twice when the map is in a split mode.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Open the map in a split view
2. Map controls like "Change Language" or "Map Info" are duplicated needlessly

**Expected behavior**
Map controls are only rendered on the right side of the split view (except for those map controls that affect only one map at a time).
