Reproduce the failure at the kepler.gl demo/nyctrips URL in Safari 15 and inspect the reported WebGL INVALID_OPERATION: useProgram error in bundle.js. Identify why the NY Taxi visualisation fails, then verify that it appears in Safari 15 without regressing other browsers.
