[Bug]n Errors both in Carto and Dropbox when trying to share a link to a map

**Describe the bug**
Getting errors both in Carto and Dropbox when trying to share a link to a map. When trying to upload and get the link in Dropbox, the error says: `{".tag":"path","reason":{".tag":"conflict","conflict":{".tag":"file"}},"upload_session_id":"AAAAAAAAERwO8EM4P-s_ig"}` . When uploading to Carto the error is: `relation "keplergl_public_v0_r13sfgqy" already exists`

**To Reproduce**
1. Load a map from your storage.
2. Hit share and choose link to the map.
3. Upload to one of the cloud storages.

**Expected behavior**
You get a link to share your map openly.

**Additional context**
The map has three layers with a relative high amount of points (more than a million).
