Add example projects using kcd-scripts

It's be valuable to have a couple reference usages outside of `kcd-scripts` itself, since the dogfooded setup is a bit different than most consumers.

The issue does not name files, tests, or an entry point. Review the existing kcd-scripts setup and determine where reference projects should live and what consumer scenarios they should demonstrate. Done means adding a couple of usable examples outside kcd-scripts that reflect typical consumer setups rather than the repository’s dogfooded setup.
