Site layout with pages

Create a general site layout including menu, multiple pages, about page, etc. While the current format is perfectly functional, there has been some feedback that the website looks "half finished", or is not attractive to potential sponsors, perhaps implementing these sections and a less linear layout might help with that.

This is rather subjective and thus is related #33 which should allow any user to make changes to the eventual design.
