Create a website for this software project

Soon I would like to start sharing this software with the wider community. In order to communicate the purpose of the project, and provide documentation for how to use and deploy the software, we need a website for the project. We can use GitHub pages for the hosting.

The website can be statically generated perhaps using https://github.com/huhu/juice/ in a similar way to https://kellpossible.github.io/email-weather/ however we will need to check whether it's possible to translate this website contents.

Review the linked Juice generator and the example GitHub Pages site first, then determine how the project content can be translated and hosted. Done means a published project website communicates the software's purpose and provides documentation for using and deploying it.
