Move from likelihood to sensitivity

Change likelihood of triggering (touchy / reactive / stubborn..) to sensitivity following more or less Norwegian system:

- "natural"
- "very easy to trigger" (=touchy)
- "easy to trigger" (=reactive)
- "difficult to trigger" (=stubborn and unreactive)

These verbs translate cleary into Georgian

These currespond to loads, and should be shown as symbols:
- avalanche (naturals expected)
- 1 skier with ! mark (very easy / touchy)
- 1 skier (easy / reactive)
- group of skiers (difficult / stubborn)
- explosives (very difficult - grouped with difficult)

Start by locating where likelihood labels are defined and displayed, then compare the current wording with the Norwegian reference linked in the issue. Define the sensitivity levels, their skier or avalanche symbols, and whether sliders or bars are used; the work is done when the terminology and visual mapping are consistent, including Georgian translations.
