Bower distribution does not contain convnet.js

I assume this is because @karpathy removed compiled files from `build/` directory at some point in the past. I used npm for now, but just wanted to raise an issue for others to be aware of it.

Start by inspecting the Bower distribution and the build/ directory referenced in the report, then compare them with the npm package that currently contains convnet.js. Confirm how the distribution is generated and whether the file is expected to be included. Done means the Bower package contains convnet.js, with the package contents verified.
