Allow for configuration of the runner title

When there's a couple of projects or configurations running at once, it helps to distinguish between them. In my particular case I have separate debug & coverage builds.

Start by locating where Karma's runner title is defined and how existing configuration options are handled. Determine the configuration entry point and the current title-generation path, then verify that separate debug and coverage runs can display distinct titles.
