Microsoft 慶太、Microsoft ななみ not working

As of today Microsoft's 自然な声 narrators stopped working with the plugin.

Error is "Cannot select voice "Microsoft Nanami". Cannot set voice. No matching voice is installed or the voice is disabled."

I didn't change anything on the computer. They've been working for a long time up until now.
