Description
It is fine if doesn't use VPN, can track correct gaia data centre IP \\119.252.37.20
When using VPN i.e. Exitlag, it will track \\124.150.157.38, which is a se server but not gaia data centre IP.

Trace the plugin's target-IP discovery entry point and determine why ExitLag selects 124.150.157.38 instead of 119.252.37.20. Done means VPN use still identifies the Gaia data centre IP correctly.
