Description

Best I can tell, "I accidentally did a `--keep` reset, and I want my changes back" has the same answer as the existing [I accidentally did a hard reset, and I want my changes back](https://github.com/k88hudson/git-flight-rules#i-accidentally-did-a-hard-reset-and-i-want-my-changes-back). I could be missing some minor git details, though.

If the answer *is* the same, I'm happy to make a PR to extend the existing wording.
