Research direction

Reproduce the error with Debian Stretch, Python 3.6, Kamene 0.32, and Nmap 0.0.1, then review README.rst and the supplied Gist for setup details. Done means identifying a supported configuration or concrete change that prevents the zlib.Z_SYNC_FLUSH error.
