Asking for guidance! What file has the network?

Thank you for the nice work. I read the paper and had some confusions about using the result of the clustering to update the feature representations. I don't understand how that works if I work with an unlabeled dataset that I don't even know how many clusters to expect! So my questions for you are:
1. Is there a Keras implementation of your code too (either by you or anyone else)?
2. What files should look to see how you structure the network and cluster based on the representations?
Sorry if the question is very intuitive, but I am not familiar with Caffe and PyTorch!
