Description
It would be nice if `git-risk` printed out in color, similar to what git does when called from the command line in an ANSI setting.

Research direction
Start by running the `git-risk` command in an ANSI-capable terminal and locate the entry point that formats its output. Implement colorized output consistent with the request, then verify that the command displays colors when run from the command line.
