boundle scss doest works

I use my lib with angular-cli 1.3.1. and angular > 4 < 5.

When I link the src folder into my project everything works well, but when I link the dist folder, the lib's styles not rendered in some case. The styles come from external scss files.

The problem may happen when ng-template used. - I need to more investigation to test it.
