### Proposed change
Would it be possible to make a 1.3.1 release with PR #254 ? I think was merged one day after the 1.3.0 release.
### Alternative options
I can `pip install` from a fork.
### Who would use this feature?
This would help those who prefer to install official releases from upstream.
