Research direction

Reproduce the scrolling behavior in Jupyter Notebook 7.3.2 using a document at least 20 screens high, then inspect the browser output and run `jupyter troubleshoot` if needed. Compare scrolling to the expected continuous display and verify that blank areas or other scrolling artifacts no longer appear.
