[Question] Can multiple instances of jupyter notebook Ipykernel run on the same venv

Is there any way i can run multiple versions of Ipython through my jupyter notebook inside my venv? I read through the documnetation but didn;t find the exact thing i was looking for. My concern is can we run multiple instances of notebook ipy kernel on single venv .
