Jupyer app with Mac : shortcut "cmd+a" close the app but there is not keyboard shortcut assign to this in setting

I am having some difficulty with the desktop application jupyter.
When I do the shortcut cmd + A (classic shortcut to select all the text in a box) it leaves the application.
I went into the shortcut settings and there is no shortcut assigned to this command.
The closest action I found was this one:

However, as you can see the shortcut is not cmd + a.

Do you have a solution?
