Launching a Jupyter Notebook in Windows 10

Having successfully installed Anaconda 3 when trying to launch a Jupyter Notebook I got a number of message output basically telling me that an import of sqlite failed which has prevented the Notebook server launched a Notebook page

Can anybody help with getting this missing package
