Having successfully installed Anaconda 3 when trying to launch a Jupyter Notebook I got a number of message output basically telling me that an import of sqlite failed which has prevented the Notebook server launched a Notebook page
Can anybody help with getting this missing package

Research direction
Start by reproducing the Anaconda 3 Jupyter Notebook launch on Windows 10 and inspect the reported sqlite import messages. Confirm the failure path and dependencies involved; done means the Notebook server launches a notebook page without the sqlite import failure.
