Recover Jupyter STDOUT after browser crashes

After a browser crash (simply because the browser was closed), I no longer see the STDOUT getting updated for my Python code.
It's just static and longer gets updated with the code run.

I wanted to know if there might be a workaround this.
Or maybe a log file I can at least look into.

No file or test is identified in the report, so first locate the browser-recovery and STDOUT update paths; done means output resumes updating or the relevant log and workaround are documented.
