Description
i have installed anaconda on my win 10 machine but jupyter notebook is not launching when i run the command **jupyter notebook** from CMD.
when i execute jupyter notebook there is no output :

Python version: 3.7.7
OS: Win10 Version1909

1. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling using pip -> Didn't work, same issue.
2. I tried to build it from source using [this](https://github.com/jupyter/notebook/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.rst) link -> facing this issue now 👎
I have nodejs installed as well. please help me solve this !
