can't open jupyter from desktop shortcut

Windows 10, Jupyter 6.0.2
I can launch jupyter from Anaconda Prompt with `jupyter notebook` command.
I can launch jupyter from Anaconda Navigator.
But i can't launch it with desktop shorcut. So i guess problem in path?
My path is:
C:\Users\Gera\Anaconda3\python.exe C:\Users\Gera\Anaconda3\cwp.py C:\Users\Gera\Anaconda3 C:\Users\Gera\Anaconda3\python.exe C:\Users\Gera\Anaconda3\Scripts\jupyter-notebook-script.py "%USERPROFILE%/"

When i open jupyter i have to get here:
C:\Users\Gera

I think maybe i need add something in Environment Variables?
