Juypter Notebook wont open.

When I open the Juypter notebook from Ananconda Promt the following file opens:

How can it be fixed?
(Yes the link cannot be connected.)

No repository file, test, or entry point is identified. Start by reproducing the launch from Anaconda Prompt and checking whether localhost:8888 is reachable; the report only shows the redirect HTML and says the link cannot connect. A fix cannot be scoped until the operating system, browser, Jupyter and Anaconda versions, and terminal output are provided.
