Commercial Problems

Hi，our company want to use jupyter-notebook as a tool embed into our product
with changing the UI style and some icons for commercial situation.
So do we need to pay attention to some legal issues ? Or just as you website show as follow "Jupyter will always be 100% open-source software, free for all to use and released under the liberal terms of the modified BSD license."
As far as i know, some company have already do as i claim the situation above.
