Research direction

Start by reproducing the kernel error in the reported TensorFlow virtual environment and inspect the output of `Jupyter kernelspeclist`, including the listed Python 2 and Python 3 kernel paths. No source file or test is identified; the issue is ready only once the specific failure is isolated and a reproducible diagnosis is documented.
