Right-to-left markdown cell ?

Hi
I'm trying to have a **rtl** markdown **cell** but not whole notebook with no success.
I want to have a cell with rtl html direction specially in **edit mode**.
So i'm thinking :
1. Is it possible to inject some css style into cell style or have a button on toolbar to change only current cell direction?
2. Is it possible to have my own front-end and my own cells, but send the cell python code to the jupyter server and get the results(text, number or graph) back?
