Jupyter seems it has empty interpreter.

I'm a bit perplexed by the issue now... when using docker or local for jupyter, it seems works at first but i can't find any interpreter here.


it started from yesterday, i installed kafka for data analysis. beforehand, my ipython notebok was working just fine. I tried to use local jupyter or other jupyter in docker images, but it still show nothing.

I haven't been able to see this problem and even not sure how to describe it.

Start by reproducing the empty-interpreter behavior with both local Jupyter and the Docker-based Jupyter setup described in the issue, noting the state before and after Kafka was installed. Compare the available interpreter or kernel list in each setup; done means the expected interpreter appears and the cause is documented.
