Jupyter Notebook Will Not Load

I am registered for the Python Bootcamp class, and am trying to install Anaconda and Jupyter Notebook, but when I enter the command jupyter notebook in the command prompt, a page in my browser comes up as Page Not Found. How do I resolve this?
