Error detected while processing fzf#vim#buffer_lines[3]..<SNR>64_fzf[18]..fzf#run

Occasionally receiving the following error with fzf with neo vim on windows

Error detected while processing fzf#vim#buffer_lines[3]..64_fzf[18]..fzf#run
line27:
E482: Can't open file C:\users\\Appdata\Local\Temp\nvimbfuMHM\32 for writing: no such file or directory

Need to close & re-open the neo vim to resolve the above error
