Description
Add an API endpoint to count all the JSON stored in the service.
The endpoint should look like /bins/count and return
{ "count" : "1.4K" }
To humanize the result I suggest using an external package https://github.com/jmoiron/humanize
A PR is opened https://github.com/jsonbinit/jsonbinit-api/pull/2 you can continue starting from that branch if you want :)

Research direction
Start by reviewing the open pull request #2 and the existing API entry points in the jsonbinit-api repository. Check how stored JSON records are counted and how the humanize package would format the result. Done means /bins/count returns the requested JSON shape with the humanized count.
