✨ Enhancement: Filters drawer has no visible close button on the Tools page

When users open the Filters drawer on the Tools page, there is no visible close button. Users must discover on their own that clicking the dark overlay outside the drawer closes it.

Add a visible close button, such as an X icon with an accessible label (“Close filters”), at the top-right of the Filters drawer.

Add a visible close button, such as an X icon with an accessible label (“Close filters”), at the top-right of the Filters drawer.
Add a short “Click outside to close” instruction. A standard close button would be clearer and take less space.

Additional context

This is a small usability enhancement for /tools. The attached screenshot shows the open drawer without a visible close control.
