Description
Hello everyone, the plans for the Paris conference has started - @Relequestual and I had a call with Medhi last week about how to get started and show up. Currently we have a pr to update the website and it should be merged before our next chat this week. As part of the plans, I'd like to bring up the conversation of how we want to structure sponsorship for this year and also budget.
Here are some things that we want to do better
- Have a better sponsorship tier and benefits
- Have a budget so every expenses (such as merchandize) does not need voting.
