Problem
The "Current members" section in TRIAGE.md (lines 83-87) contains an empty table, creating confusion about the triage team structure.

Proposed Solution
Either:
- Populate the table with current triage team member GitHub usernames, OR
- Add a clarification note if the team is being formed or inactive, OR
- Remove the section if it's no longer applicable
Impact
- Improves documentation clarity for new contributors
- Provides transparency about project governance
- Helps contributors know who to contact for triage matters

Research direction
Open TRIAGE.md and inspect the “Current members” section at lines 83–87. Confirm with a maintainer whether to populate the table, add a clarification note, or remove the section. Done means the section no longer presents an unexplained empty table and the documentation accurately describes the triage team.
