A small typo is present in the CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file

Steps to reproduce the Issue
- Go to "CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md" file
- Look for the line "The IETF defined BCP 54 (Best Current Practice), also assinged RFC 7154."
Expected Behaviour
The typo should be fixed, ( "assinged" should be changed to "assigned" )
