Description

This will allow attributes to be applied to instances. While I've not had a need for this myself, there's others who have and I think it'd be an appropriate addition to the prop marker symbols.

Example:

return e("TextLabel", {
    [React.Attributes] = {
        Test = 100,
        MyBool = false
    }
})

Research direction

Start by reviewing the existing prop marker symbols and the draft PR #39, since no source file or test is named in the issue. Use the Lua example as the expected behavior and confirm that React.Attributes values are applied to instances.
