Description
This is a huge task by itself. If Joi allows us to document properties, we should definitely do that. That would allow introspection and lead to new tools/services based on the schema (think editor plugins etc.).

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are identified. Start by locating the Joi schema or validation entry point for webpack configuration and verify whether each property can be documented for introspection. Done should include documentation for every property and a defined basis for the proposed introspection or related tooling.
