Description

Description

I am not fully understanding why this simple code is not working,
it's a simple accordion like thingy,
I'm pretty sure it was working with previous version of jquery / jqueryui but with 3.5.1/1.12.1 and 3.6.0/1.13.0 it is not.

Research direction

Start by running the linked JSFiddle test case and reproducing the accordion behavior with jQuery 3.5.1/3.6.0 and jQuery UI 1.12.1/1.13.0. Compare the blind effect's hide and toggle behavior with the earlier versions referenced in the report. Done means the behavior is reduced to a confirmed jQuery UI bug with an observable expected result.
