Description
To reproduce simply use the Themeroller attached below.
It has a backgroundcolor for hover state (a red one) configured.
When opening the Dialog you can see the ok Button is already in hover State.
But the really strange thing is: When you open Dev-Tools, hover State disappears and everything works as expected.
It can be reproduced with Firefox as well as Chrome.
