Description

Because object rest / spread already implemented, I just mention it should disallow binding patterns of arrays or objects and nested destructuring assignment with rest properties.
Programs like let {...{}} = {}; and ( {...{}} = {} ) should throw.

Research direction

No file or test path is named. Start by locating the object rest/spread parsing logic and existing tests for binding patterns and destructuring assignment; add coverage for let {...{}} = {}; and ({...{}} = {}). Done means both programs are rejected as specified.
