Object Rest/Spread doesn't follow latest specs

Description
Because object rest / spread already implemented, I just mention it should disallow binding patterns of arrays or objects and nested destructuring assignment with rest properties.
Programs like let {...{}} = {}; and ( {...{}} = {} ) should throw.
