1.jcore-react-native 2.0.7
2.jpush-react-native 2.9.7
ios 本地推送addLocalNotification 能收到，但是不显示横幅，也不亮屏，只是静默显示在通知栏里。Android正常
但是远程推送，Ios能亮屏、有横幅...这就很诡异了
