期望效果
推送消息到客户端，应用上面会显示消息件数的角标，当用户再次打开时，调用resetBadge，重置角标。
实际效果
收到消息后，第一次打开APP，退出后角标被清除；长按应用桌面图标时，角标又出现

1、推送消息到ios客户端，显示角标
2、点击应用桌面图标，打开应用
3、返回到桌面，角标被清除
4、 长按应用桌面图标，角标数字又出现
