Description
I'm trying to use Carthage to build the SourceKittenFramework for use in a Swift 3.0 project, but it seems the framework is built for Swift 2.0. Which branch or version should I be using for Swift 3.0 or do I need to build it myself?

Start by checking the available SourceKitten branches or versions and attempting the Carthage build for a Swift 3.0 project. Done means identifying a compatible branch or version, or confirming that SourceKittenFramework must be built locally.
