Is there a solution?

Research direction

The report names no files, tests, logs, or exact tunnel configuration. Start by reproducing the Iran-to-Germany setup with the subscription enabled and collect the client and server behavior; done means identifying why the Iran server panel and subscription fail and documenting a verified fix.
