Description
does the chisel app have an endpoint to retrieve the active tunnel connections?
with logs we can see them, however it would be useful to have them available to be queried outside by API

Research direction
Start by inspecting the chisel server's API surface and how active tunnel connections are tracked. Determine what connection data an external query should expose and how the endpoint should be accessed; done means an API can reliably retrieve the currently active tunnel connections.
