chisel can not parse proxy parameter if user contain dot character

Description
tried to pass --proxy http://blabla.bla:passw#ord@29.29.29.20:9090 but got error "(parse "http://blabla.bla:passw": invalid port ":passw" after host)"
please suggest for workaround
