Old points are not being valued accordingly

In the Points History tab, we can see the points have a dollar value according to the old conversion rate (10 points == 1 Dollar), however, the same is not being weighed in case when those points are being redeemed.

For example, if I have 100 points from months where previous conversion rate (10:1) was in play, and 100 points from the new point system (20:1), I should be able to redeem $15, but when I click on Redeem Points, it shows the value as $10.
