Description
1. Set a hardcoded Admin in the system : The admin can log in using email and password
2. Allow Admin to Configure i.e. change Scoring system for each Contribution type : Refer contribution_score table for the same
3. Allow admin to view current leaderboard
4. Allow admin to block or unblock users
